200 people go on “Stroll through the Universe” with remote telescope

Just after Christmas, around 200 people joined Robert Roth and ELEMENTS’ PhD candidates Niklas Becker and Nils Saß on a virtual tour of the universe with the TURM Observatory. The remote telescope enables live observations of astronomical objects, ranging from nebulae to galaxies and more. After Robert Roth gave a general introduction and took the audience “far far away”, Niklas Becker and Nils Saß talked about their research in ELEMENTS.
