Scientific and administrative decisions concerning the Research Cluster are made by the <a href=\"https:\/\/elements.science\/steering-committee\/\" data-wplink-edit=\"true\">Steering Committee<\/a>. More specific decisions concerning research activities are delegated to sub-committees, which are installed by the Steering Committee.<\/p><p>ELEMENTS is managed by its Executive Office, which is composed of the two Spokespersons and the Administrative Director. Specific cluster activities related to <a href=\"https:\/\/elements.science\/open-science\/\">research data<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/elements.science\/equal-opportunities\/\">equal opportunities<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/elements.science\/outreach-2\/\">outreach<\/a> are coordinated by the Project Officers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element
