The ECR Representatives are elected by the Early Career Researchers of the cluster. It is their duty to represent said group in the cluster’s decision making process by being part of the Steering Committee and of the Annual Conference Organising Committee. Furthermore, the Representatives chair the annual ECR Assembly which takes place during the Annual Conference and gives all ECRs an opportunity to communicate their questions, concerns and needs to the cluster.
