Hannah Elfner honored as “Scientist of the Year”

After having to postpone the festivities due to the pandemic, Goethe University was finally able to celebrate the “Scientist of the Year”-Award this week (we reported last year). Our PI Hannah Elfner was surprized by a moving laudatory speech delivered by three of her group members. President Schleiff honoured her commitment to support early career researchers. The prize of €25000 is donated by the “Alfons und Gertrud Kassel”-foundation.
