Our Early Career Researchers recently came together to attend a talk by Dr. Tana Joseph, who is the Equity and Inclusion Officer for Dutch astronomy and founder of AstroComms. She discussed ways in which the framework of gender equity in academia has evolved alongside our understandings of gender and indeed equity, highlighting the changes that social justice work has undergone over time.
